Tall Pines Rustic Lakeside Cottage

Excellent stay! Britta was a fantastic host — quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and everything was exactly as described. The reservation was all set before we arrived and our four nights went smoothly. We'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Almost extended our stay because we didn't want to leave.... we had perfect weather on our trip and our little dog had the best time!!!!

This cabin is on a fairly small lake deep in the Hiawatha National Forest. We were there during the fall colors and it was amazing. We also did the pictured rocks cruise out of Munising and we were equally impressed. The host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Beautiful property, extraordinary view, right on the lake. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Very comfortable stay, I recommend to anyone visiting the UP.

It was wonderful! We especially loved the very very peaceful, quiet location and the canoes and kayaks to take out on the lake. Wonderful for our kids! Perfect location for peace, quiet, and being right on a beautiful forested lake. It was about a forty minute drive to munising so keep that in mind if you want to be closer to pictured rocks. But for us, we didn't mind the little drive, it was an easy beautiful drive and we liked being away from everything.
